I bought 4 kinds of swine at Publix... becan, ham, boston butt, and cubed pork swine steak. Already ate the ham and butt...

Pork butt is easy...  slap it, rub it, smoke it. 

It's a very slow-cook process butt definitely worth the wait!

After recently moving here to Orlando, I was introduced to a pig roast event (a whole pig) at my church's annual summer picnic. That was a huge pig.......I would've enjoyed it more if it wasn't for the 98 degree heat with 80 percent humidity that took a toll on everybody.

My favorite swine is a spi-cy wild boar curry.......yammy!!! There's something distinctly more flavourful in the wild boar than the regular swine.
