If it's something that's come quickly, you may want to get a check up.  It could indicate that something out of whack.  Another possibility is lactose intolerance.  I don't know if that kicks in with maturity, but I have seen and experienced allergies that can kick in almost over night.  

No it's not a medical problem, it's a dietary issue...to many chili dogs, eggs, milk, milk shakes, cheese, salami, pizza, spinach, broccoli......gotta stay away from those Value Time canned beans...

Well, you know what you have to do--or learn to live with it.
