Rain When we first arrived in NY, first thing I did after I dropped the luggages was to to turn the TV on. I never watch TV. But I felt compelled to because there was this huge screen and we were back in the US w/ all the channels. Empire Strike Back was playing, Lord Vader was delivering one of his speeches and I thought, good omen. So tonight, here I am trying to put every cable in its place. After a few attempts I finally manage to get the signal feed on the TV, so I pick up one of the remotes and start browsing through channels, randomly, to make sure everything is in its right place. Seems ok. I leave it on and go on w/ my business. Then the commercials end and we're back to our regular program. Return of the Jedi. Man I love funny coincidences.
Then I proceeded to unplug the wretched thing because I needed the desk for my DAW - these things are as complex as a Moog modular these days. I was left wondering if I'd be able to plug it all back like it was.
