Boy that's a really clear mix! Cool especially the harmonies, which are going most of the time. The bgv's are very subtle but very supportive.

Piano and guitar lead (in the background) are perfect in the mix. Bass chugs along without swamping the boat, very effective.  Very well done y'all.

good tune philz!
i dig the driving piano part....
almost has an americana feel mixed with something like mott the hoople
would like to hear a bit less kick, actually....
vox sounds great, if not a touch too hot on just certain sections where he's really pushing it.
love the lead parts throughout, tho i'd back the level on them off a bit when directly on top of vox.
arrangement idea: i know you are done with this, but what would be really cool is if the song backed off at 2:25, broke down to a sustained piano chord and vocal ride, paused for a rest, and then came back in with just piano and vox with the chorus right there.... just for the first two line, and then have the band kick back in.
that would give the listener that 'break' in the action, let the ears re-set, and build it back up again

either way, great collab

Great tune!  Like everyone else I'm getting a Bon Jovi vibe, but hey, it works.   This is a really good collaboration where everyone just seems to play their part so well.

I agree with Lynn, this has a Bon Jovi feel. Sounds like film and tv work to me! :)

Mix obviously sounds good - my only crit is something I doubt many of us can much about which is the dynamic range of the overall track. Just wasn't a lot give in the wall of sound. Not bad, just a small nuance.

This is a salient observation.  Otherwise it's brilliant
