I'm on the fence. I have had and used essentially the Deluxe version (actually it was just the basic version augmented by a group buy some years ago) for ages, and liked it and got pretty good results from it. Since then I've picked up Ozone7a as part of MB2 and that's kind of taken over pole position for any bus processing and/or mastering I do (plus, Neutron for mixing, alongside everything else I have) - so I haven't been using the IK plugs as much.

So while this offer seems very reasonable - either €99 (minus Jampoints) for the shell/new processors plus a UI upgrade for my existing set, or €199 (minus Jampoints) for the full meal deal - I'm pretty sure that it's mostly just a bad case of GAS driving the craving. There's nothing in the package I desperately need - even though I think they've done a great job on the update and their processors seem to have been getting better and better.

Oh well, I've probably got a couple of weeks to think about it. Release "sometime in October" is the latest as far as I can see... hopefully that's not estimated on the same basis as the Sampletank3 release...

The only bundle I own is the T-RackS 3 Classic from a few years back.  I've purchased other plugins since then though.

Am I reading that for $99 I can upgrade every plugin I own AND get any plugins I might be missing in an upgrade bundle, or is it that $99 bucks just upgrades everything I own?

I'll have to sort this out....

For $99 pre-order you can upgrade the processors you have to new GUIs, add the new engine / standalone environment and metering, plus the 4 new ones (Master Match, Dyna-Mu, EQual and One) which look pretty good. Whether you qualify for the $199 Max upgrade pre-order, which would net you the above plus all other current processors, depends on whether you have bought an applicable ($99 or more) IK product - you can check it in your IK user area under Crossgrades/Upgrades. Otherwise $199 would get you the mid-range bundle. Minus any Jampoints you may have.

Hope that helps!

It does help, thanks!

I do qualify for the $199 Max upgrade, but I don't need all of those plugins and already have a few of them like the bus compressor and the Master EQ 432.  The $99 option looks good though, and I have some points to apply.

Looks like we're in similar situations. Except I'm weighing the merits of not doing anything... Again, the new plugs do look nice. Vari-Mu looks good. One seems to be a pretty handy little one-stop-shopping quick-and-dirty bus processor to get things in the ballpark quickly with little futzing about. On the other hand I have other options for that. Master Match, well, I can do much the same thing in Ozone. EQual, looks useful and cool, but more so than LP-EQ? Maybe a bit less of a CPU hog? Who knows - IK plugs aren't necessarily known for being light either...

I'm joining this thread late.

I am only "shy" by 3 T-Racks plugs and the Lurssen Mastering Console. I have several Crossgrade qualifiers and $83 in Jam Points

So, assuming Lurssen is not included, it seems I'll get the 3 I don't have (Stealth Limiter, Mic Room and Saturator X) and the new GUI - which seems like a good deal- for $199 minus my Jam Points 30% being $60 off. $139 for 7 new plugs and all of them get a new "facelift". Is that right?
I hope I can swing that over the next month! $20 @ seems better than any sale/deal/group buy yet!
Michael

PS   I've read the whole thread now and am thinking -bottom line I'll get the $99 deal ($69 with JP)
and go for the Deluxe if I can swing that by 10/17

When mastering a finished project is it possible to have songs fade out and into each other and set a marker for the track to change, like a full blown wave editor?
This would be a great upgrade if so.

Yes, you can do that.  I'm checking on your ARC question.

IK Support just wrote me back and said ARC is not supported by T-Racks 5.
