UIKG, I know this will be a hard time for you. And even though drugs or alcohol seems like the easy answer that doesn't mean you shouldn't consider it.

Thanks!  Though when some have said to me "you are very calm and patient" (not specifically with regard to what I do at IK, but in general and even more so with IT  or other teaching / hand-holding I do from time to time) I have to reply with "but not always so on the inside!"
 
I like the anvil idea, not because I'm frustrated and/or cruel but more due to the way anvils were featured in the old cartoons I grew up on.
