I contacted IKM Customer Service and openned a ticket yesterday. Today, they sent me instructions to modify the standalone .exe file by changing several of the compatibility settings. It works. Now my TRackS5 works fine in both the .dll and the standalone .exe versions. I was impressed at how fast IKM Customer Service responded and had the fix I needed for my Win10 64bit system.
Great to hear. For those that might have this issue, the workaround that shouldn't require scaling/DPI changes for anything but
T-RackS 5 would be the following:
- Go to your program files directory for T-RackS 5 and locate the T-RackS 5.exe file.
- Right-click on T-RackS 5.exe and select properties
- Select the compatibility tab and under settings, click "Run this program as administrator"
- Check the "Override high DPI scaling behavior"
- In the drop down menu, change "Application" to "System" or "System (Enhanced)"
- Click "Apply" and then "OK"
