Thanks Andy, I am trying something new by having a story theme and see where it leads. If it increases the quality of my output I may well think about some kind of Concept EP.

Just as a footnote, 3 hours into the session I was getting frustrated with writers block and almost pressed the delete button - really glad I didn't now .

Quite a pleasant track, I would like to hear some of your stuff without a percussion line in there.

Thanks Wookiee, I have another track in the works at the moment but will certainly give a percussionless (is that even a word ) track a crack.

That's a fun song, have you thought of electric guitars blazing away? Could be a cool add, some kind of proper guitar lead, to provide a counterpoint to the synth leads.
 
You clearly know how to to the electronic arpeggiated percussion stuff! I liked the breakdown when it came. Nice!

this would be a perfect backdrop for a 'gilmore' ish style solo guitar...
long sustained notes.....
add a real elec bass guitar on the bottom, add some girth and a bit more driving rhythm,
and rock it up a bit
