Hi again Peeps

Yeah, I know, my other track hasn't quite gone cold yet and I'm posting another one.

But I blame you lot for that, for encouraging me to keep on pumping out this stuff.

There's a bit of a twist to this one, but I'll let you tell me what you think I think that twist might be...

Loved it.  Almost caused me to have a seizure.  It was that effective.

What, what's going on I hear percussion coming from my speakers  Call me a geek but I had the suspicion when I saw the waveform on Soundcloud, but I resisted the temptation to skip to that section.

Joking aside this is another seriously atmospheric track you have there and I liked that bass rumble in the final third of the track, great stuff.

Another goodie, Andy...    I think biodode could be on to something - the tune almost has a reethim.

Oh, and I hear a melody in there too.

Well, the sonics are stellar. As usual. I liked the sort of whale/string noise, and the big thing that got louder. It was pretty intense. I listened to it as I did my taxes.

I don't really know what your "trick" is this time, sorry. But it was a very cool listen. Also, I have no idea what the IRS is going to get.

cheers,

Ha! Yeah... Those darn waveforms sometimes give the trick away

Glad you didn't skip

I wasn't too sure if the bass rumble would work too well, and, as you may already be aware, I mix on headphones, so have to rely on SPAN to tell me if things are not so good. I could "see" the bass level rising on the spectrum display but hoped that I would get away with it. So I am glad to hear that you thought it was okay.

cheers,

and thanks again for listening to my stuff

Thanks Steve

Yeah... Almost, but not quite a rhythm

And a melody too, for a change. I actually played this while lying in bed one morning. Couldn't be bothered setting up my MIDI keyboard so, for the first time ever, I used Sonar's virtual keyboard, and it worked fine for this piece. It wasn't as if I needed any virtuoso ability haha! Didn't bother quantising as such, just tweaked a few notes here and there...

Thanks for listening,

cheers,
