The 'problem' with the main board there is that it is based on the H77 chipset which means the clock multiplier is locked. The Z77 version of that board should be fine.
The memory is just too low spec 667(X2) mhz than the chipset and processor are capable of supporting, and intel coolers are just not up to the mark.
It's just if you are buying new you may as well get these bits right at the outset as it's normally cheaper than replacing them down the line.
i.e I wanted the onboard graphics when I built mine so back then I had the choice of no onboard graphics and a locked CPU multiplier (H67) or an unlocked multiplier and no onboard graphics (P67). It was awhile before the Z68 came out which offered both unlocked and onboard graphics.
The Z77 offers both for the third generation chips like the Z68 does for 2nd generation chips and the H77 chipset again locks the multiplier.
It might not be important when you first get the machine going as you are likely to be impressed by the performance as is, but further down the line you might like a machine with a bigger kick the z77 will give you options on that score.
I think you are right going the 1155 socket route if you are looking for budget so for the little extras it's going to cost at build time Bret B's and Fireberd's recommendations are pretty much on the money.
My two pennies.
