There is also more subversion in Windows 10 than any previous version.

It's been an on going conspiracy.

Not only was there no "9", but no "8" or "7" either. Those were merely aliases.

95 = 4.0
98 = 4.1
Me = 4.9 (came 8 months after 2000)
2000 = 5.0
XP = 5.1, 5.2
Vista = 6.0
7 = 6.1
8 = 6.2
8.1 = 6.3
9 = n/a
10 = 10

There are currently more sub-versions of 10 than any other version ever.

Wasn't there 'NT' as well, or was that something else?

Yup. Both workstation and server. I used them both.

What, no love for DOS 3.1.1?  Windows for Workgroups?  That was a pretty solid OS...

(Note that DOS 2 is almost never talked about 'cause that's when IBM tried to go alone without Microsquish.  It died quick!)

This action makes my blood boil. I can no longer sit back and allow the infiltration, indoctrination, and the international unsonaristic conspiracy to SAP AND IMPURIFY OUT PRECIOUS BODILY FLUIDS!
