Could anyone tell me how I might go about blending a series of vocal recordings? I have recorded a number of vocal parts and cut and pasted them together in a separate track -I'm using the sonar 7 studio.
What I need to do, if this is possible, is remove the lines in the cut and pasted track so it becomes a single clip. Anyone know how I might do this?  Thank you.

The terminology for that process is called 'Comping'. Do a YouTube search on 'Comping in SONAR' or something like that. Even just looking up more generic 'Comping' too for other ideas. There are many ways to achieve an end result, and the best way really depends on how you like to do it. So get watching some videos and decide which method is best for you!

Bounce to clips does what you're asking.

What Kalle said.

However, before joining the clips together, you may wish to apply fades to the beginning and ends of each clip. This gets rid of abrupt appearance and disappearance of background noise.

If you cut and pasted the different separate tracks at zero crossing points then there will be no click or odd sound when putting together, that should have been done first. If after that and there is space between each track pasting, just highlight all the clips in the track, and "combine" (bounce to track) the track and it will turn out to become one continuous track (with the space left in and everything where it should be if you have done that in the first place). But if the tracks are right close together or even on the top of one another a little bit then make sure all the clips are highlighted, and for no noise zero crossing point of the center line of the track where no noise recording is what you get there - flat line) or a point in the wave file where it crosses the zero crossing point and no problem then - just highlight all the clips and "combine" them or "Bounce to Track" even if wanting to in the end - bouncing to another track and leaving the original track like it is and in the end - muting the old track if wanting to.
