I think it would be really nice to have something like this in sonar to raise the pitch of a bus for example.
Something like the QuikQuak Pitch Wheel or zplane elastique pitch.

If you own Soundforge, the version of elastique pitch works in sonar.  Just used on a project.

There is a pitch shifter plugin in Sonar but it's not on that level.

It's not as powerful as elastique, but provides basic pitch shifting. There is probably a pitch shifting pedal in TH Producer.
