Nice one, John, though I got the feeling that it  felt a little dark towards the end.

Thank you Mark, I rarely use samples and usually I use my own home brewed, the water splashes came from the Korg M1 Pour Water Patch, which i tweaked a little.  Thanks for the link which I will examine and thanks for listening and commenting it is appreciated glad you like my tune.

Thanks for having a listen John and commenting, as to the Nymph's perhaps these forms do make a slightly louder splash in the magic of the evening gloaming .

Phil always appreciate your ears and comments, did it get a little dark towards the end, well the sun was setting.

Good composition Wookster and the mix came across very nicely on my h-phones. I also think if you possibly use better water splashing samples/sounds, it might be a bit more convincing......other than that, this was very nice.

Wookie, as usual, your production and mixing skills are spot on.  Your choice of synths and textures have the usual vintage vibe that I've come to expect from you.  That being said, I wasn't as surprised by the chord progression and melody, like you sometimes do.  However, if this song is in the context of others, then this may fit the bill perfectly.  Regardless, I'm Always impressed by how prolific you are.

Thanks for the listen Mesh, all this talk of splashes has me wondering which splashes, because there are two sort of water sounds one the obvious poured water from the M1 then there is that sort of ripply sound from the synclavier which all a little random, anyway glad you enjoyed it.

Lynn most kind of you to take the time to listen and comment. Yes I suppose the chords where relatively simple in this I wanted to keep it simple, (mainly because I am simple ) thanks again.

I like the simplicity of it, and the ambient sounds such as the water splashes (or is that email opening? lol...sorry...couldn't resist).  But honestly, my favorite part is the "electronic blips" that go through.  It makes for a nice contrast and gives it an unique feel. I can imagine the electronic blips as being the water nymph playing and jumping in and out of the water.  It's very cool!

Probably wasn't a good idea to listen to this after I had a cuppa, as it made me want the toilet with all that water splashing
Joking aside this piece certainly captured the imagery of a water nymph very well, nice clear mix and I liked the tension release feeling of those chords.
Good stuff

I know that feeling Adrian, sorry about that, thanks for having a listen and commenting.

It is all bleeps and blops John some bleeps and blops are just more tuneful than others
