Nevermind, I wont remark on anything you do again, I get that you are intentionally ignoring my reply and you are not working your way through the thread. The only thing I will say is this and I think : "Too much polish and conformity, not enough grit in the sound, meaning more real and less production, cut out some of the excess and clear the sound field up in the scope of things and people can concentrate on your talent rather than spending their time trying to figure out what they are actually hearing, or in etc.... Keep it more simple and not make everything a big production, and I mean that in a good way".

Either way, I did enjoy hearing this. I will not bother you again, sorry to be me I guess......  Cheers.

HUH?

I actually creeped on your SoundCloud page some time back and enjoyed this one.  I was blown away by your attention to detail getting it right.  Turned it up loud, loved the hell out of it.  You blew it out of the park.

voda,
yes, LOUD is best!!

LOL

most of the detail came in the programming of the drum parts,
and xenophile did that......

glad you dig it!

Deep Purple well done! I cranked it as loud as my Made In Japan album.  Really cool.   Nice heavy mix.

Deep Purple eat your heart out. This is a lovely piece of music which took me back to cruising down the roads with my brother in his car. Great playing, great vocals; really enjoyed the listen.

Just saying, you made it obvious that my reply was from someone who you consider to be less than others.
I like the song, needs to not be so "OUT THERE". It's great, but you must have a raw sound to keep it alive is what I am saying. And perhaps that is something we all strive for when it comes to songs.
Turn off the compression, turn off the extra tracks and throw out a simple live clean clear sounding mix. You are too talented an artist to hide behind such mixing tricks, and yeah that is what they are tricks. You are gifted with your songwriting and your recording skills. But I think you should keep it more raw sounding. Why? Because raw is real. People don't listen to the radio anymore because it all sounds the same, and if they just heard somebody actually playing some real sounds without all that polish they might start listening again, internet radio and real radio.
Just my opinion. Turn off the polish/compression and afraid to hear it heard how it was recorded for real and set the volume levels and let 'er rip. That's what I was saying. I don't know you, and you don't know me, but I can tell you that I am interested in your music and hearing it because you are very talented. And these are my opinions.

Either way, I apologize if this upsets you or anyone else, but those are my thoughts and feelings concerning your song post and if you can't deal with them then you'd better get used to it if you share things. Irony is that it will make me being played out as some character who others view as "A BAD HOMBRE" or such things rather than : Just some guy that had an honest opinion or thought on a song he heard by someone he felt was very talented and thought he could express some input that might could help in the overall result of a song being it a cover song or original that might HELP someone.

Enjoyed hearing this, and those are my thoughts.

i like having people respond and give their opinions about stuff i post..

but i usually only look in on these things every few days, so if a few posts go unanswered for up to a week,
you know,
that's life.
