IMO, that's exactly what a MIDI controller guitar should look like!  Very nice Kenny.  I always wanted to add a MIDI controller to a guitar, but never did get around to it...  Someday!

Daevid's was a Hohner. 




The Hohner's ARE Steinbergers.




Wasn't aware of that. 
 
I still want to get one of those Streamline Status Graphite, but might settle for a Steinberger 4 or 5 string ... I've never touched a 5 strong, and probably would be lost in it for a year, I bet!

Now a days you don't need a Midi controller guitar .
Jam Origins Midi Guitar software does the Guitar to Midi thing rather nicely.
Even better than a Midi guitar

I didn't know that, I thought that Red Dress Blues solo was a Strat! 
 
Fishing Buchanen Creek..I remember that well, Bob pulled a really nice tune out of the bag there. Shame he never followed up on it.

Nice!  I've been out of the loop too long apparently.  Not having to alter the guitar would be a VERY good thing!
