You have to take those type of posts with a grain of salt. They are seldom accurate or factual. No way to know if the posts actually come from real employees. The guy posting about how working in the plant was hard on him physically and hurting his body was good. I've done work with a guitar builder up here and I can tell you the physical work is light to medium at best. They don't have to carry trees into the factory.
