Other than the reverb on the lead vocal that was quite a pleasant tune, thanks for sharing.

Way good. Backing guitar is perfect in tone and mix placement. Played very well!!! My guess is, the "A" string, or one of the "A"'s that you play, might be just a hair flat, but it doesn't detract.  Really sweet arpeggios and the tone is killer. Very "Byrds" ish, love it.
 
You have some early '90's reverb on the lead vocal, so it's understandable. You'd season that to taste, but you might try it with less, or maybe increase predelay on it. She has a great voice and the harmonies are a treat as well.
 
Good luck resurrecting the songs, I for one will check 'em out. Good stuff.
