There's nothing wrong with being experimental and playing around with tools. It's always been done. A problem today is how many people are putting out music that is *apparently* reasonably organic, when it fact it is a petroleum product, and not being honest about it. And of course the other problem today is how many people are putting out stuff far beyond what they can actually perform, but presenting it as something they performed.
If someone puts out clearly electronic or experimental music, then that's fine. There's nothing wrong with it, and I like a lot of it.
