Well these last two weeks have been a bit tough due to an illness that affected my asthma leaving me quite short of breath for most of it. This strangely lead me down a road to write a full hi-octane 80's electro track, cheese alert - you have been warned

I saw Oxygene in the title and thought of Jean Michel Jarre and the music did sound like something he would have done. Don't know if the connection was deliberate but I thought the music was really good.

For those Jarre fans I recently discovered that Jarre actually brought out Oxygen 2 in 1997 and last year Oxygen 3 in 2016. I just got the trilogy and it is very cool indeed. Oxygen I (1976) is parts 1 -6 Oxygen 2 is Parts 7-13 and Oxygen 3 are parts 14-20
 
Oxygen 2 is very good and has some similarities to Oxygen 1. Some new and fresh ideas and sounds and nicer production of course. Oxygen3 is almost a complete departure and is like a totally new album but probably the best Jarre ever yet.
 
Also the last two Electronica 1 and II albums that Jarre has just released are also something as well.
 
biodiode's track was enjoyable but not like Jarre though. Although on the Electronic CD's he gets a little more EDM orientated. (with those he collaborated with of course) Oxygen 3 is a fine example of pure Jarre right now though.

I can hear this working well in a club, especially with the bass wound up, thanks for sharing Adrian.

I love it. Not enough music like this nowadays.
