A fun song!  Please have a listen to the mix.  Let me know what your hearing.  Nits and tips welcomed.  It's always helpful to know what you are listening with.  Studio speakers, headphones, earbuds, iPad, a glass of wine, etc.    Thank you!

John,
sounds pretty good on my Yamaha HS 50M.
Cool song with a charming 60's feel to it. Solid performance by all players.
I like the mix. Vocals are nicely embedded. (a little glitch in the vocals at 2:30 "had to go..." I would have repaired this, but it doesn't break the song. Others might find this even especially appealing)
Enjoyed it! ...keep 'em coming!

regards,
Daniel

I love this! Really well done. The guitars sound great and everything comes together really nicely. The orchestral bits are a nice touch as well, adding weight to the song. Sounds like you guys threw in everyting but the kitchen sink, but it sounds really great, crystal clear.

Dan

This is a superior song.  I like everything about it.  I've listened to it several times, and I'll be coming back for more.
p.s.  I forgot to say that I listened on KRK Rokit 8's.

Adam's A7x's Mix sounds OK here, everything where you would expect to be, thanks for sharing.

Daniel, Dan, Daryl, Lynn, and John,  Thanks for listening and for the complements.  It is also good to know it sounded good on some quality speakers.  Mastering engineers have a wall of many monitors.  The forum is my wall of monitors.

Daniel, I listened at 3:30.  "had to go" is at 2:30 but I didn't hear anything but I could be wrong.  Possibly a SoundCloud glitch?

Dan, The "kitchen sink" might be in the mix because it is missing from our kitchen!  Ben gave me many tracks of guitar.  They were all so good I guess I went crazy.  I used about half of them.  At 2:47 I used only 3 notes from a full track of guitar.  A lot of fun.  Like a candy shop.

I listened for the vocal "glitch", and all I hear is the singer's voice "break". It isn't a glitch, he is human.

Sounds good to me! On my home computer with klipsch speakers. I wouldn't call it a glitch, either. Obviously a very subjective topic, this music is. Yeah, sometimes I find a "glitch" appealing, like a cute mole on a pretty girls face. Over polished can get sterile if you aren't careful, imho.

Very nice. Just wanted to first mention that the referred glitch shows at 2:30 for me. Very minor and for most will probably go unnoticed, or possibly considered a vocal 'style'.

Nice feel. You have a very good singing voice, BTW. I like the song. Laid back. Easy listening. The strings do fit in nicely.

It is not standard for people to publish their song lyrics on the music sites like Soundcloud? Just wondering, and maybe suggesting.

I am listening on a cheap $15.00 set of Logitech headphones, and it sounds very good. I will try later on my KRK monitors.
