You get the idea. And this thought goes for all the time, not just when they, in a weak or perhaps overly sympathetic moment, do happen to prescribe becan and coffee (or in my case, cheeseburgers and ale) for their patients.
 
I won't suggest that you engage in a similar exercise to think well of your nurses; you seem to have that down already.
