Hi
Adrian. I appreciate your taking the time to listen and comment. Thanks very much for the kind words.
Hi
Phil. I think that we have all know someone like the subject of this song. Thanks for the kind works and although unintentional, I'll I take a Buddy Holly vibe any time. BTW, I really like the song on your new post.
Mark -- thank you very much my friend. I appreciate your encouragement!!! If I may, I might contact you about an old song that I pulled out and need some help with. First I need to find your e-mail address. And may the force be with you.
Hi
Tom. Thanks for your kind comments and observations. You have a good ear. I couldn't remember what I did on this song, so I pulled up the working file and what do you know ---- no distortion, but I did put a wee bit of compression on the bass. Maybe too much ---- eh? Keep your headphones. Thanks again.
Hey
Mark (
mcourter). Thanks for your comments. I'll go back and have a listen to the guitars. Once I'm done with a song I usually don't listen to it for quite some time (e.g., its the journey not the destination) unless I'm trying to fix a suggestion received on this forum. Thanks also for listening to Ybor City Strut. I felt a bit "Looney Toons" while doing that one but oh well, I was having a lot of fun.
Hey
Lynn. Thank you for your very kind comments. Sometimes I find that in doing a particular song I just plain old have a hard time trying to get through it and the product shows it. Other times the songs seem easy to write and develop themselves (like this one). I like the easy ones 'cause their more fun. Thanks again my friend and great work on the new song that you posted.
Hey
Allan. Thank you for the kind words and encouragement. As always your keen perceptions are appreciated.
