You know you could use Jampoints and Gear Credits at JRR Shop using text code "No HTML" and get it for just under $20. 

Alex doesn't believe in HTML.  he uses only raw data in machine code.

Sometimes it's easier to see the problems (and cures) from the outside, from people without an interest in keeping his or her job.  I can't tell you the number of bad manager's I've worked under.  I haven't a clue how they get hired in the first place. :D:D

The worst manager I ever had was me (when I owned the T-Shirt printing shop). I never called me out when I simply did not go in because I didn't feel like it. Sheesh!

All in all I've worked for about 15 different bosses in my life.
 
I can honestly say that that all but three were good bosses who deserved to be where they were. The three? David said it all.
 

I am the boss of a business that sadly, "has nothing to do with music in any way, shape, or form," and I can tell you that I have three management rules:  smiley, positive and slow.

Whenever I hire I make sure to do so in a positive way, with a smile, and slowly.   I expect people who work for me to also smile, do things in a positive way, and slowly.
 
Slowly doesn't mean you have to crawl at a snails pace.  It means, on a personal level, I believe more mistakes are made in a rush, than when one takes their time.

One of the good bosses used to ask "Why is there time to do it over, but never enough time to do it right the first time?".
 
That's when I learned to slow down.
