I remember hearing this a couple years back.   Liked it then, still like it.    Reminds me a little of Steve Vai.  Awesome track and playing.

yea, i like playing harmony guitars.
some folks think it might be an effect or something,
but it's just plain ole multitracked.
 
i have this cool control on my super strat, a "Q" filter,
it allows me to dial in the inductance from full to less, on any pickup config....
and so on each track, even tho i'm on the same pickup,
it sounds different due to the use of that Q filter.
it's very useful!

it was fun going back and learning harmonies that fit the original melody,
which was a one-take, just channeling..... it worked,
so then i had to actually learn it!
LOL
just so i could go back and play harmonies on it.......

yes, this one i put out in 2010.....
 
it has live drum tracks on it, that were left overs from my previous album....
had a wonderful drummer to work with,
he made this thing really breathe!
