I'm not very Lucky

It is the bestest ever, but a bit more of a pita and takes much longer than the microwave.

Broiler pan lined with parchment.  390 degrees.  PERFECT bacon EVERY time.
 
Ahhhhhhhhhh ... bacon.

When I make it in the oven, I line a cookie tray with foil and place the bacon into a cold oven (i.e., I do not preheat the oven).
 
The foil makes it easy to collect the white bacon grease.  
 
I then mix the bacon grease 50/50 with butter and use it fry other things ... because I like things fried. 

Still plenty of rendered goodness using parchment too.  I've been lining all things aluminum with parchment for cooking.
