I went back for a second listen and, without being coerced, I'd like to walk back my comments on the lyrics - they really are better than my first post indicated. Sorry, I must have been in a hypercritical frame of mind that day!
 
There is a lot of cool instrumental stuff going on that's very thoughtful - nice job Lynn Floyd!

Hi Lynn - I also never seem to get the opportunity to spend as much time here as I would like but when I do, it reminds me how much outstanding music people in this community are producing. Love your song. The orchestration is excellent and to my ear, the production is well balanced. The lyrics work perfectly with the music and frankly, I would not change anything. A great song.

Makke, thanks for your kind words.  I lowered the volume of the piano on my latest mix, though I haven't posted it, yet.  I just made a video for this song which I will be posting soon.
 
Dan, thanks for your input.  I, too, thought orchestral, but thought that might be over the top, especially since I probably overuse strings in my other songs.  I love Alan Parsons.  As for the distortion, I don't hear it on my end, but if others hear it, I'd like to know.  That's any easy fix.

Malcolm, thanks so much for your time and reply.  I've made a few minor changes to the mix, but only to enhance a few elements.  You'll hear the change in the video.  Btw, keep up your good work!

OK, here is the video for this song.  In this mix, I lowered the volume on the piano and turned it up on the ebow guitar.  I also, raised the vocals a tad.  I'm still able to change the mix for this, so it's not set in stone just yet.
