IIRC Saturn doesn't have a defined surface on which to run. Things just get smooshier and squishier until you get compressed into a much smaller thing than you started out as (or perhaps turned into a fine mist to become part of the atmosphere itself).

This is a cool sentence regarding its structure!  Sounds like a good description for a heavy metal band, ya?
 
Saturn's interior is probably composed of a core of iron–nickel and rock (silicon and oxygen compounds). This core is surrounded by a deep layer of metallic hydrogen, an intermediate layer of liquid hydrogen and liquid helium, and finally outside the Frenkel line a gaseous outer layer.
