You have to upload it to an image host like photobucket or imageshack which will give you URLs to post in forums. Then click on the "Post Image" button here on the forum (the icon above the comment box on the bottom far right of all those tool thingies) and paste the URL in the popup text window thingie.
 
That's okay though. I'll use my imagination. Good score. Sounds like your boss is cool.

Seriously? OMG... they were seriously going down the hole of suxxor by the time I bailed but I didn't realize they went that far down. Makes sense though. I haven't bothered with imagehosts for a looong time (I'm a feelthy hotlinker) but now that I think about it I haven't really seen any PB images in my GIS's.
