I loved the tempo change.  It's almost like the first tempo is the ride up on the ski-lift, and then with the second tempo  you're  goin down the mountain (after the proverbial bong hit).  :D:D

yes, that was really just a spur of the moment decision,
it seemed to go with the story line, more or less like you describe....
you've gotten to the top, after all the excitement and expectation building,
then, you get to drop in on thigh deep powder.

Excellent -- complex arrangement, excellent playing, outstanding vocals and harmonies, crazy cool tempo changes, professional mix, etc., etc......  You know the usual batsbrew stuff.  Love it!
