Real cool number, here. The instrumental starts out as a dreamy bass groove and then it dissolves into a complex dissonant/atonal mesh of sound. As the lyric goes off the rails.
 
I'm not sure exactly what you are getting at. but I  think you got it.

I think you should call up Waves so they can make the Artist Series Jessie Q Screed plug-in. With a big knob for "cool."
