My host is http://www.advancednetworkhosting.com , although I wouldn't really recommend them. They've already been acquired by another company (which is ironic because I switched to them when my first web provider went ouf ot business) and I've experienced downtime and server slowdown far more often than I'd like. I get 500 MB of space and 10 GB of bandwidth, but you get locked out of your control panel if you fill more than 80% of your webspace (and I had to call them to get acess back). So I guess this post is pointless. Don't use my host. Please.

I use IX WebHosting. You get a lot of bang for the buck. I use one of their Linux plans. Their accounts come with all the online tools and control panels to run your entire site from anywhere you have internet access. You can still use your own web tools like FrontPage or DreamWeaver to edit. I use a combination of the browser-based editors and FrontPage. They have plans to fit all budgets. I have been very happy with them for a few years now.

Good Luck,

I use www.powweb.com. They host over 40,000 sites. Excellent customer service, great forums. 2gb. Cheap!

Yes, www.powweb.com includes a free one-year domain registration with their yearly plans. These are Unix servers, btw, so no .ASP pages (because it's not Microsoft-based). You can use HTML or PHP for your pages. Also includes 2 MySQL database connections (so you can run forums or whatever else that requires a database). Additional databases are $10 one-time fee. You can also run multiple domains off of one plan - I actually run 5 websites off of mine, each with it's own unique domain. Adding them is $20ea. So, if your site is www.mysite.com, you can add www.anothersite.com and have it point to a subdir under www.mysite.com but still come up on the browser address line as www.anothersite.com and no one would be the wiser. Email etc is also included for each.
