Analyzing the contents, I believe I identify some of the ingredients as being hard-boiled egg, shrimp, carrot slices, and maybe rice. These ingredients could have some tasteful appeal. But prepared in such manner as shown, it does become a most dissatisfying dinner plate presentation.
