I quite like haggis but a little goes a long way. It's nice as a stuffing for chicken breast, and a slice goes well with a fry-up breakfast (haven't had one of those for a year or so though)
I'm guessing that it wasn't exactly the best haggis in town. It was essentially like a little hole in the wall lunch counter type place and the girl (gorgeous redhead... my goodness Scottish women are well put together) scooped the "haggis" out of a tub, slapped it on the flat grill for a while then put it in a flatbread/wrap type thing.
I think I'd MAY like a traditionally prepared haggis at a good restaurant.
Still ain't on my bucket list.
Of course my freako bass whack gobbled that bugger RIGHT down. The ensuing gastric emenations were... unpleasant. Especially when you are all crammed in a tiny "caravan" with no escape.
