If you want a proper piano sound you need to get some decent mics (Coles 4038's) and record a real piano. Otherwise wait 20 or 30 years because all these piano emulators sound not so great IMHO.
That's fine if you have Piano, the space, the acoustics and the recording skills etc. Many have to make do with second best and if the piano part is not too exposed...
I like the True Pianos Atlantis module, but SampleTekk Old Lady, the Emperor and Rain (in Kontakt) are my favorites.
