You work out in the mornings? Man, I have a hard enough time just getting out of bed by 8am....
Aside from the aspect of doing your own tracks.....and the fun that it entails.... maybe it would be easier to buy one of the DVD's with the foxy chicks dancing around in skin tight body suits, to give even more of a reason to workout early in the morning..... for you.......................... not me.
I only roll out of bed when I find it is too much effort to go back to sleep. Or my wife is in one of those snoring moods..... can't sleep, gotta get up and fix coffee.
Actually Bill, I do work out, but not in the mornings. Mostly now, my workouts are in the evenings after supper. I quit that early morning stuff after I got out of the service...... I remember being on the PT field and running track many a day with a serious sweat worked up before the sun was even on the horizon. Not any more.
