2nd:  The Mother of All Dragons!  Please kill this idiotic character.
3rd:  The King of The North!  Please kill this idiotic character.
4th:  Little Finger!  Please torture this idiotic character.
5th:  Sanza!  Please kill this idiotic character.
6th:  Jamie!  Please chop off his other hand, and both feet, cut out his tongue and bury him alive.  We will just assume you've killed that idiotic character.
7th:  Cercie!  She can remain queen.  She and Briane of Tarth?  Targ? whatever...  Spend the rest of this season and all of your last stupid season with these two characters having a ton of sex.
 
As for the one with a hit list..   Arya Stark - Plz, KILL!!  This idiotic character.

For me, having read all the books before it became a series I love to see how they handle the stuff in the books you just know they won't do on film.
 
For example, Tyrion actually loses his nose in the book, he did not just get a "flesh wound" of a scar.
