Nice string piece David.

I'm not saying this because it's a fixed rule as such, but I'd have panned dominant pluck string section to centre and then placed the bowed strings to either side. That's just me though...

Thanks Sink!  I try to picture the instruments on stage, in this case a string ensemble.  What's the logic behind plucked strings in center though?  Are there certain frequencies that are being masked?

No, no, David, and you are right in as much that, if you went to see this performed by two people then, yes, one would be to the left and one to the right.

I guess I'm just thinking how I would approach this, and I am far from expert... I'm pretty awful at dealing with minimal tracks like this and I end up leaving both in centre and somehow imparting some stereo with by using effects.

I also tend to think of the lead piece should take centre stage, but, again, that's just me

It's still a nice piece of work and I really liked it...

Nice piece, David.   Short, but sweet.

Thx Steve.  I guess I wrote it for millenials.  :D:D

Do you intend to develop it David? sounds like it would work as is or the basis for something else.

I really like this David - I definitely think the theme could (and should)_be developed

Interesting short piece.  Do you plan on expanding it?

wook, daryl, philz thanks for the words of encouragement.  I get these binary ideas and I sometimes develop them.
