Thx marshall.  Music is so subjective.  It all hits our senses the same way...but from there it becomes a different animal.

i like how this is so open.....
but it invites a vocal in my head.....
some simple melody that flows over this, and connects the instruments together
 
you could even use a synthetic sound in place of the vocal,
if you could write the proper melody that works in a sustained fashion,
would be interesting to me to hear it that way
 
not a solo instrument...
but rather just a super simple series of notes

This was a really nice piece on its own, but It could easily be part of a bigger composition.

Thanks john and noizy nae bor.  I've always liked Francis Poulenc and other frenchies for being concise with their thoughts.  Sometimes the others can be a little long winded.  I'm not as fond of debussy for some odd reason.
