i am using TH3 as a plugin that comes with my SONAR professional, really impressive and very exciting that helps you to widen your ideas. my only concern is, there are times that most of my patches on the program bank are missing, suddenly the effect or preset i am using will be gone, so i started wandering for solutions. if i close the sonar program then open it again, all the patches are again available, then the same thing happens again, so i don't want to have it as a part of the rules to close and open sonar just to get back those patches available. one thing i've noticed is the internet connection, when my internet connection drops off suddenly, those patches will not work and will disappear but other patches are still available, if the internet comes back with good signal patches are then again ok. i tried disconnecting my internet as a purpose, and yes it is, some of the presets will only depend on internet connection as my conclusion.
now can anyone please let me know if this is correct or i am only missing some points, i cannot say it's about installation coz it came up with sonar as a plugin, not unless i have problem installing sonar. or do i need to purchase the full version? or these patches are really relying for online use?

There is no internet connection required to play TH3 that comes with Sonar. Not sure why you are loosing patches during a session. That's not right. Maybe start another thread about the problem your having and you system settings.

normally in the bank program i used rock preset, then on the preset program i used "life in the fast lane" preset then these preset will be gone after a while mostly when recording, i'm not sure if these presets or patches are for trial only. even those simulated cabs, speakers & pedals under components are also missing. but there are patches cabs speakers and pedals left but insufficient for use. if system settings is the issue, how do i rectify it?

I have full TH3 but I believe TH3 Cakewalk Edition only comes with a couple of banks like "TH3 Cakewalk" and "TH3 Cakewalk xtra". There should be a selection button for "SEE ALL" at the top right of the preset list which should change what is listed in the preset list. If "SEE ALL" is not selected you should see what you have with TH3 Cakewalk Edition, if it's selected it will include all of full TH3 which if you didn't buy are demo banks. Hope this helps.
