The tenth month October, as summer ends and the hints of winter appear, the leaves show their true colours, fall and carpet the ground, we lament the end of summer and view the coming cold of winter with some trepidation.

October - An Autumn Lament  (3' 48" for those who need to know)

Thanks for listening.

Very nice Wookster - great choice of sounds as usual sir.
What are you going to do in a couple of months mate? Can I suggest a song a day?
You could call the first one the 1st of January. I'll leave the remaining titles to your imagination :)

Between the lead tone and melody I'm getting an oriental vibe from this one... which makes me think of cherry blossoms, falling off the tree.  Weird, huh.

Nice instrumental music and autumn mood ... falling leaves that  are hovering and dancing on the air .. sounds good

Love that lead. There was a band in the 70's called "Angel" that Gregg Giuffria was in. This lead sound was in a song they did and I loved it then. Very mournful and expressive. Good instrumentation all around. Well done!

Thank you Dan you are most kind.  That lead voice is from Arturia's Synclavier which I just love, tweaked of course one can so one must

I agree with Dan, I really liked the lead too.  It  does creates  have that sort of  sad feeling to it.   Summer is really past and the fall colours are over.
