The situation is obviously much worse than we realized...this is clearly a desperate plea for help. He says the aliens are killing him!! He says we're the good, it's up to us - the good guys - to save him. With the minutes ticking down until 11AM Eastern, when the forum will be transformed into self-aware consciousness in service of the Grays, we haven't a moment to lose. He's repeated the mklink code in the desperate hopes that scook can do the association...
 
...before it's too late.

1. Select all.
2. Drag in the time line starting from the desired end of the project to past what's currently showing as the end.
3. Choose Edit > Cut Special
4. Check everything that can be checked and also check "Delete Hole."
5. Problem solved. 

Step 5 never happened with me although I followed all the other instructions. Am I just missing faith?

Found a handy solution guys.  In Track View go to Options.  There is an option there Stop At Project End.  Just check the box.  Done.  Now your Media Payer , i tunes etc will stop when the music ends.

This only causes SONAR to stop after the last data in the project is encountered. This could be audio, MIDI data or an automation node. The sound in the project may stop long before the last bit of data in the project. This setting also prevents plug-in which generate audio or other data from playing unless there is something already in the project.

This is HILARIOUS! I laughed at each of these... :) Thanks!
