As long as we're watching TV I feel safe

But you haven't seen season 3 yet.

You call her your "X", right?

This is the sigil of house Bolton:

I hope she doesn't have a fondness for hounds...

Pfft... those hounds weren't so tough. They didn't even shoot bees from their mouths.

You know that popular doesn't always equal good, right ?

From time to time I have to remind myself that "popular" doesn't always mean "bad" either.  My initial reaction to "popular" stuff is to shun it, whatever it is, until it's proven to actually be "good".

Breaking Bad was pretty too, IMO.  I also liked Dexter enough to watch the series twice.  Every time I see/hear "What would Jesus do?", I think, "What would Dexter do?"

Right on.  You have good taste!

I'm pretty much the exact same way. If it's popular, I back away and give it some time and let it prove itself before I give it a try.  I resisted GoT for three seasons, then gave it a shot because I had heard what happens to some major characters at the end of the first season and how the story takes off.  Hey, if an author - and major cable network - is willing to do that, then you know you're in honest hands.  A good, rich, epic story that feels relatively organic and fills you with dread every time one of your favorite characters faces danger.

Hey Bill, you keep calling her your "X" but, if you're back with her, doesn't that make her your "XX?"

The GoT crew certainly isn't afraid of killing off popular characters.  And MoD's hair gets better every season too!
