Hi Everyone:
I  have been working on another string piece.  I  think that this will end up as the first part of a longer and more complex piece.  It is a work in progress and I would really appreciate any suggestions, thoughts or other feedback that you might be kind enough to give.   As always I  really appreciate the time you take to listen.

Nice one! I didn't get "powerful arrogant person" out of it at all, but rather something kind of wistful. This would be great to hear in a concert hall!

Thanks for listening and also thank you so much for taking the time to give feedback!  I didn't explain the whole story because everyone hears music differently.    At the risk of boring you, here a few details.  The person's pride is his flaw.  It leads him to a humiliating defeat.  Yet even though he has been humbled and lost almost everything, his pride breaks through and blinds him to the opportunities he has been given  to redeem himself by learning to be humble.  He thinks he is wiser and more powerful than he actually is and  in the end his pride tragically leads him to misery and destruction.  Anyways that was sort of what I was thinking, so the feeling of an opportunity lost to avoid a tragedy that didn't have to happen was going to be a part of the story.  I still feel like it will be part of a longer piece.

Many thanks for taking the time to listen. I really appreciate the feedback! I am happy that you liked it. I used a bunch of different libraries. Mostly East West (solo violin, solo cello, silk, gypsy, symphonic orchestra ) and also Rapture Pro . The east west I am using is the cloud composer (I think it is gold or something like that.

I really like the way this builds and then collapses again. Then the bass pads make their mark...
