I purchased the SW a week ago,tried 2x writing my concern to CSR and once to technical support but nobody seems to care!Why in the first place is cakewalk providing invalid serial number to their customers!This is rubbish! This is my last resort to get help (had to join this forum just to take my chances of getting attention).Cakewalk is terrible!I am so so frustrated having to go thru this trouble.

If there is anyone who can help then please do.

This is a good place to get some ideas, but not cake support.  Try their phone #.

but to start, check your spam box.

You should also have an online account.  Your number should be there if you purchased it online.

Does it have a registration number AND a serial number? Is it possible you're using the wrong number?

Soul,

Are the first four digits CWSI  ??   Because if so- that is the serial number.  However, I'm not a Mac user so i don't know if something is different on a Mac or not.  ANYONE else here a Mac user??
