Lovely song, intricate playing and your voice is wonderful.  You really do need to work on your recording/mixing technique though.

Nice raw feel to this, definitely has the feel that you captured a moment, thanks for sharing.

I only have one minor comment, which can be taken with a pinch of salt really, especially from someone that wouldn't know where to start with something like this.
 
With it just been one guitar and one vocal, I would have perhaps stuck them both much closer to centre.

Nice chord progression + melody....   It sounds like you, of course.   Not much to add to the above regarding the recording or mix, other than the panning did seem a bit odd.   But by the end it didn't.    Huh.
