Thanks Leizer! I suppose I could *humanize* the midi hi hat a little. What would that look like on the drum map? Would it mostly be velocity adjustments? Most drummers can get the rhythm straight but the dynamics vary slightly.

I'm no drummer, but you can try soften the 2nd and 4th 16th-note. Then depending on the style hit the 1st and 3rd differently. Like for ex. velocity of: 110,50,75,50 repeatedly or 75,50,110,50 repeatedly. Tweak after taste. Maybe a real drummer thinks differently of this.
