only now 'Stay Hungry' album by Twisted Sister, great album imo.
and like they didn't become arrogant and still gave it all on live shows, at least that's what I've read as I didn't see them live ever unfortunately.
Craig the good news is you can get a really proper guitar for little money these days.
The Squier 'classic vibe' and 'vintage modified' series are just proper guitarsa for example.
Sure you feel the difference immediately if you pickup a Fender after playing a Squier, Fenders have an even more quaility, durable feel imo but that doesn't make the Squiers bad at all.
And soundwise they're eve closer and in some cases as good as or better than some of the cheaper Fenders imo.
For Gibson type guitars I can recommend Les Pauls, SG copies by a UK brand called 'Vintage', imo a step up soundwise from fe Epiphone.
The Vintage Fender models get good reviews too.
I appreciate my Squier/Vintage guitars so much I wouldn't buy a Fender or Gibson if I were rich.
