I'm having a little problem with my Scarlett 8i6.
Once updated the Mix Control software I lost control of volume in direct physical card.
I can only control volume in mix control software.
On the plate can be either zero and in which does not influence the maximum volume.
Can anyone help me?

I can try to help if you're still around. I have a Focusrite Saffire, but I am familiar with the hardware/software in general.
 
Let me get this right though...you updated the firmware and now the device is inputs/outputs are silent?  Is the Scarlett sync'ed and powered-on by the USB?  Check your routing assignments in MixControl.  Ensure they are the same as before the update.

I have the 6i6 which must almost be identical other than the 2 extra inputs.. So did you solve this? 
I found that the mix control software only involves the monitoring and playback levels. 
Pulling an input fader down does not change the input level to Sonar. 
There is a pre set menu and you should be able to re set it loading one of those. 
I have no clue what you mean by the term "direct physical card" ? are you calling the interface a sound card? Sound cards are PCI. Anyhow I hope you got it sorted.
