I was so tuned in on the soundtrack I paid no attention to the guy talking, or was it a girl? anyway I love that kind of style and when the drums kick in I was hoping it would take off there. You ought to expand it into a stomping ballad from there. Very nice, well mixed. capg

And to Gus, I don't know, it's really just a different experience, composing to film and just composing without anything. There's definitely plusses and minuses. But I love it. It's great having that structure to work in you know. Takes a little of the pressure off of thinking about the music in terms of a "song" ...
 
Also I was thinking about entering that Ghostwriter contest... I'll check out your track when I get to the computer later. :-)

Go for it. You were only saying the other day about limiting yourself. And I found it a great challenge for that. 10 days to write and mix only using the sounds within the program. I started again on day 5. Went to bed at 3am up at 6.30am on the Saturday and finished on the Sunday. Quickest piece for for so far. 2 days! yeah go for it. I'll vote for yours! :)

That track was great man! Really cool. I'm definitely gonna download the demo license so I can enter the contest after I get back from my trip :-)
